I met Kirsten and Eric back in 2014 when I second shot their wedding for my dear friend, Karen Obrist. These two have since moved to Chicago, but were back in town for Thanksgiving and Karen referred them to me, as she's now in New York! It was so fun to see them again and to meet their 7-month old baby girl as well as the rest of the family. Kennedy was the happiest baby and it was great to get some baby advice from Kirsten as we are expecting a baby girl soon too! A joy to have spent some time with this family.
Elsa is the co-founder of Juliet + Lou, an event planning and design company. She and her sister did a wonderful job making the vision for my own wedding come to life so when I heard that she was expecting, I told her to call me up as soon as she was nearing her due date for some maternity photos. I am so glad she did! I joined Elsa and Tyson in their beautiful home and was able to capture some images of this big mile marker in their lives! Life is about to change for the better for these two; I am so excited for you guys. Can't wait to meet your baby girl :)
Who remembers this sweet family? Over two years ago I photographed Jaxon at two weeks old... and now they have their second kiddo. Of course the star of our time together was little Asher, but look at how much Jaxon has grown! It was great to catch up with this family; I adore these type of sessions because it captures little moments in time, especially when it seems to go by so fast. To see a little character in Jaxon was so fun and to see Megan and Colby in a new life stage as parents to two, it is really a blessing.
A little over four years ago, I met Jess and Tom for the first time as they were nearing the day when they would be able to meet their firstborn daughter, Sadie. It was seriously such a joy to be able to see this family again and to finally be able to meet their precious kiddos! Jess and Tom feel like old friends and photographing them was easy peasy. Thank you again for welcoming me into your lives for a morning.
